The Queen’s Bench Foundation was established in 1974 by eight Queen’s Bench members with a stated specific and primary purpose to be educational, to perform research, and to disseminate information regarding the defense of human and civil rights secured by law. The first product of the Queen’s Bench Foundation was the publication of a 125-page book published in 1976 entitled “Rape Prevention and Treatment”. The Foundation has had as its focus various missions and objectives, including the production of a documentary about the history of the Queen’s Bench Bar Association, which is available through Queen’s Bench’s YouTube page. Currently, the Foundation is focused on developing its next projects: finding an organization to volunteer with similar to our Juvenile Hall Justice Project; supporting women's rights initiatives; and funding the History Committee's development visual and video records of our organization's 100-plus years.
