The State Bar of Wisconsin is seeking a new executive director. With more than 25,000 members, the bar is a mandatory professional association created by the Wisconsin Supreme Court, for all attorneys who hold a Wisconsin law license.
Duties
The executive director serves as the chief executive officer of the bar. Key responsibilities include:

Recommending and participating in policy and program formulation with elected leadership

Implementing policies and programs

Overseeing State Bar operations, finances, and human and capital resources

Developing staff leadership, training, and capacity-building to meet member needs
Qualifications
-
Experience managing large staffs and budgets
-
Advanced planning and leadership skills that inspire creativity and drive positive change

Experience or familiarity with current and emerging issues affecting practicing lawyers and the legal profession
