• Job Opening for Family Law Attorney

  Company Overview: Our client is a leading legal technology company dedicated to revolutionizing the accessibility and quality of legal agreements. 

  Position: Review, negotiate and manage pre-nuptial agreements on a part-time, contract basis.

  Location: Remote Only

  Compensation: $200/hour

  Stone Legal Search has been retained by a leading technology company seeking experienced (5-15 years) California-barred family law attorneys to join the team on a contract basis. This opportunity requires a commitment of 10-20 hours per week, with the potential for ongoing engagement. 

  Key Responsibilities: 

• ·      Reviewing prenuptial agreements on our digital platform, ensuring accuracy and alignment with relevant legal requirements 
• ·      Identifying and flagging important clauses, providing comprehensive comments, and addressing any potential areas of concern 
• ·      Reviewing and responding to comments from opposing counsel, advocating for the best interests of our clients 
• ·      Ensuring that clients thoroughly understand the terms of their prenuptial agreements and addressing any queries they may have to provide clarity and reassurance 
• ·      Engaging with a customer-centric approach, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to delivering exceptional service

  Requirements:

• ·      A profound belief in the importance of making high-quality legal agreements accessible to a wider audience 
• ·      A minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as a family law attorney, with a specific emphasis on prenuptial agreements 
• ·      A thorough understanding of prenuptial agreements, including related laws, regulations, and best practices 
• ·      Exceptional communication skills, including responsiveness and the ability to convey complex legal concepts in a clear, concise manner 
• ·      A customer-centric mindset, dedicated to advocating for the best interests of our clients 
• ·      Active license to practice law in the state of California
