    Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly capable and motivated attorney to work on foundational estate planning and occasionally oversee probate and trust administration matters. You will be instrumental in designing estate plans and providing superior customer service to our clients. With a history of excellence since 2001, our firm boasts a large roster of loyal and appreciative clients. We are looking for a team member who embodies our positive, inspiring culture and communicates that daily.

If you are detail-oriented, have high follow-through, and enjoy connecting with clients to guide them in creating comprehensive estate plans, apply today to become our next attorney!

    About You:

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in estate planning, trusts, probate, and/or wealth management. We also welcome more experienced attorneys (7+ years) who are committed to a career adjustment, such as parents returning to law, empathetic attorneys seeking meaningful work, or those looking to transition into estate planning.

    Location:

We are a 100% remote law firm with attorneys in San Francisco, Marin, and Berkeley. Our ideal attorney is comfortable in a remote work environment and capable of managing their time and resources to support our clients and team.

What You Can Look Forward To:

The purpose of this position is to assist our founder in leading the drafting of estate plans, coordinating updates for existing clients, and overseeing trust administration and probate matters. Ideally, our new attorney will grow into a leadership role within our foundational planning group and assist our senior attorneys with high-net-worth planning engagements.

Duties include working with our streamlined drafting system, designing estate plans for new clients, managing engagements to completion, and coordinating occasional estate administration cases for our existing clients.

What We Will Provide For You:

    1. A competitive salary in the range of $95,000-$125,000 (depending on experience and location) with contributions toward health benefits, a 401k plan, and an incentive program.
    2. A positive and supportive work environment where you can develop your skills, collaborate with other professionals, and invest in others.

    What You Should Have:

    1. The right mindset for remote work, collaboration, and growth.
    2. Prior experience with estate planning, whether professional or personal.
    3. Licensed in California or eligible through the Registered Military Spouse Attorney program.
    4. An unblemished ethics background.
